How Many Coral Banded Shrimp(s) do you see?

I have 1, I came home to day and almost freaked out because there was something that looked like a CBS right next to my cleaner clam!!! Looked more closely and found it was an empty shell!!!!!!!!! I would have never guessed that the CBS would shed its Shell --- I mean it looked just like a CBS -- Neat huh?

It looks like there's more because of the reflections on the tank. I thought it was like a where's waldo.

Keonia, It is wierd when they molt. They usually leave there molting out in the open to deter predators until they grow their new shell. I have 2 emerald crabs you should see when they molt. They look exactly like they normally do and I actually thought I had lost one of them until I accounted for both, then it hit me, it was their old shell. My cleaner shrimp have both molted in the last 2 days. Now this I have seen several times so it didn't surprise me but my husband was like hunny you have killed something else..

Itchy -- have you every owned a fire shrimp? I want to get one, 30.00 it looks like an adult, and it wont match my tank, because I mainly have juveniles!!!
I found a place in ohio that the $$$ are not bad and there is no minimum, you just pay flat 19.99 shipping. something solutions. tried to check around other stores in lex, the one on tates creek closed!!!!!!!
there's 2 near nicholasville road.. havent gone there yet. any recommendations??

There is one on Nicholasville Rd...actually on Regency Rd.
There is Just Fish on Rosemont garden....sometimes they have a great selection other times they don't.
On Harrodsburg Rd. (way out towards the city of Nicholasville) is MVP in Belleriv Shopping center. Haven't been there in a while but they used to have a great selection especially with corals. Take caution when buying any fish anywhere in this town.
Then there are the 2 Incredit pets...also hit or miss. That is all I know of in town that sell SW. I buy online or when my husband and I go to Indiana there is a place there I like to buy from. It is about 3.5 hours away....great place though. Good Luck

When I came home, I thought my CBS was venturing out by being in the open, then I looked carefully and he looked "ghostly". He he I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me but then I realized he molted!!!
the real CBS is under the big rock, it's his territory!!
