How Many Feedings Should I Get Out of Frozen Food Cubes?

I am trying to get my nitrates down. I recently added an Anthias to my tank, and probably started feeding too much at that point, since I know they need multiple feedings per day.
My current tank inhabitants are:
1 Yellow Tang
2 Clowns
2 Cardinals
2 Chromis
1 Anthias
If I thaw a cube of Formula One and a cube of Emerald Entree, how many feedings would you think that should last for my crew? Right now, it's going 2-3 feedings. Plus, I have a sheet of nori in a clip, for the YT.

Ya slow the roll on taht food a little bit. Maybe consider feeding normal flake food (a lil bit into the diet).

I have a juv. koran angel, juv. blue tang, LMB, and green chromis in my tank and one cube lasts me a week. Then again, I'm feeding 4 different types of frozen food - brine, mysis, angel sponge formula, and formula two algae - so I mix it all up, add the vit. c, and dump it in. They love it. I think you should cut it back some...that's a ton of food. Like I said earlier, I go through a cube each per week. But then again, you have a little more fish. Try cutting the cubes in 1/4's.

None of my guys will touch the Mysis shrimp...they let it sink to the bottom of the tank. I gave up (anyone want an almost full pack?) I also gave up on dosing the food with Zoe. First time I tried, they ignored everything. They will eat blood worms, but I've heard that's kind of like candy to them. Everything but the cardinals and Anthias will eat flake, but I have to feed those three something. My YT and chromis love the nori, which is always available.
In a nutshell, I have to feed the frozen stuff, or Mr. Anthias won't eat.
So...two cubes should last me at least 2-3 days, is what I read here. What is the best way to control the amount of food? I am thawing the cubes in a glass of tank water, then pouring some into the tank. Would a syringe do a better job? I'm just afraid that I will starve the Anthias (who is eating like a total piglet!). How do I know if I am feeding them, especially the Anthias, enough to keep them alive?
Thanks for all the responses. You guys and gals are GREAT!

Your feeding way to much I have a clown, trigger, hippo tang and 3 Damsels and I'm feeding 1/2 of cube once a day.

I agree with the above. Bout a half of a cube a day MAX. I put half the cube in a baby formula scooper while still frozen and I dip it, drain it , dip it, drain it. It thaws slower and the fish usually stop eating before the whole thing is thawed. At which point I just put the whole thing back into the freezer. But I have to shave my formula 2 cubes for my LMB. I literally stand over the tank shaving small slivers off the cube. As soon as he gets one, I am done. He usually grabs the first one to hit the floor, the others like it too though.:)
