How Many Fish Can I Have

Hello All,
:notsure:
I have a 58 gallon Oceanic (Fish only for right now) tank that is 2 1/2 months old and has cycled - I hope. At this time I have 4 fish which are: Firefish Goby, Blue Damsel, B&W Striped Damsel, Percula Clown. I also have 4 tiny hermit crabs and 1 Sally Light Foot, 1 Emerald Crab, and 3 Turbo Snails. For filtration I have 2 hanging filters (Penguin 175, Emperor 280, and Penguin 1140 Power Head.) My PH is 8.2 and 0ppm for ammonia :). I am going to add 50 Lbs of cured live rock in a couple of months but would like to know a couple of things.
1. How many fish can I keep in this environment safely??? (current fish only vs. when I have reef tank)
2. I will get a protein skimmer once I get the live rock, but is there any other form of filtration that I need to keep the tank healthy?
3. What are some suggestions on some more bottom dwelling critters that will savage and keep the tank clean?
4. Also I have installed the Penguin 1140 Power head with the air intake plugged in. This creates plenty of current but also created an enormous amount of bubbles. Are there any problems that can be caused by to many bubbles in the water??
My Firetail Goby seems to be afraid when the air valve is opened up and the bubbles are coming out.
5. I promise LAST Question. How will it affect my tank when I add the live rock while the fish are still in the tank? Is there a way that I can make the transformation easier on the already established inhabitants? I am just afraid that it will cause some spikes in the water balance and possibly kill my fish. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for all of you help!!!!!

You need a little bit of help I believe:D . Well, what you could go for is to get a LOT of live rock, Fiji or course, then get a protein skimmer. Dump the hang ons and get a refugium. Refugium is basically another tank that will hang out beneath yer show tank. In there, you can put more live rock, very porous rock could help, plus plants to keep yer nitrate and ammonia levels down. B4 I go on, r u gonna try ot set up a reef? Nevermind. You could get rid of the hang on filters, get some powerheads, and get some flow going on in there. That, plus the flow to and from the refugium, should be plenty to simulate flow in the ocean. Then you would need some powerful lights, and you would be good to go. Problem is that if you don't even have anough money to get live rock, will leave u unable to make this reef. It would take too long, and yer corals wouldn't live. But, I could recoomend for you a Wrasse of some sort for your tank. Damsels are pretty AND cheap, but they can be evil. Yer fish are hardy also, so maybe try out one fish that is more difficult to see how it fairs. Then, maybe just go for some nice tunnel/cave pieces, still get yer water flow good, and also maybe a nice dwarf lion. I talk too much, lol, buh bye
