How many hours do you run your lights

I was just curious how many hours people ran their lights and how many hours for you whites and how many for your actinics.

All on at 10:00 am and all off at 9:00 pm.

11:00 am to 10:00 pm...the tank gets some indirect natural sunlight before 11 but not much.
