three would be fine as long as your tank is set up for it . aka no fish that eat inverts and sg of 1.025

you can keep as many as you want, as long as they have enough food (they eat like pigs)

Why not get other kinds of shrimp?
sexy shrimp
peppermint shrimp
camel shrimp
many kinds of pistol shrimps
Fire shrimp
Why limit yourself to one species?
but i agree with the rest, you can have as many as you want as long as they are properly cared for.

yeah and if u plan on getitn coral they make it a pain in the butt cuz they will try to steal tha food! Mine waits until I leave the room for 1 min and i come bakc and hes harrasing the coral!!

Yeah, I'll second that. Every time I feed flakes mine "swims" up as high as it can get and sorta flips upside-down and dances across the underside of the water surface to skim for flakes. It's easier to reach the entire tank when I do the cyclop-eeze or emerald entree...

I would not mix peppermint shrimp with cleaner shrimp as my scarlet skunk shrimp killed my peppermint shrimp.

i have 3 pep shrimp and sexy shrimp and a cleaner and they all do well together nice mix.

I have to beat mine off with a freakin' stick. I have a couple of sun corals and the cleaner hauls arse over there and steals food. Plus, my nass. snails awake from under the sand and crawl on top as well, stealing food. Feeding time turns into fight club.
