Normally I feed every other day...and I alternate the food to provide a diverse diet. On the weekend I'll feed a little more...but as a rule I try to stay on a every other day schedule.

Clarkii clown, yellowtail damsel, bangaii cardinal and sixline wrasse.
These fish are fed 2-3 times per week, a mix of flake, squid, shrimp and mysis shrimp.
I've been living in my new place for almost two months......I just have a foxface in the reef at the moment.......haven't fed him a single time. Fed the tank some zoo and phyto a few times though. The foxface has a job to do, and plenty to eat though....here's a pic with night colors.
Feed the fish twice a day, mysis in the morning and either reef plus, formula two, or brine in the evening. Feed the corals every night with cyclopeeze which I don't count as a feeding for the fish.

This cyclopeeze was offered to me once and I would like to know how you like it, the product that was offered was a dried powder. What do you use and what have you seen as any response to your corals?
Thomas
Thomas, I use the freezer bar version of cyclopeeze primarily to feed my carnation, bubble, and sun polyps. THey all love it and really extend their polyps when fed using a turkey baster. I melt enough of the clyclopeeze into a custard cup full of tank water and then direct teh feeding using a turkey baster after the lights have gone out on the tank.
I feed my fish every night, first some flake & then frozen brine shrimp plus soaked in real garlic after it thaws. I feed my softies DT's a couple times a week & plate coral silversides 2-3 times also. Everybody is happy & growing so I must be doing something right!

I feel like my fish would starve if I didn't feed three times a day!! And they eat everyting up that I feed them. They get frozen and flake, always vary their diet. The LTA I feed almost every day.....and it just keeps growing!!!!! Maybe I am overfeeding, but my water tests are always alright............
Once a day for the fish and inverts, although I occasionally skip a day a week if I think they've been overfed. Corals get some phytoplankton 3 times a week (capful), and I feed my Open Brain twice a week at night or early in the morning when his feeder tentacles are out. I have found that I need to feed my two cleaner shrimp something first to keep them busy, otherwise they'll be all over the brain coral grabbing the food.
