How many VHO watts for 125g

Hi, I am setting up a 125g fowlr tank and I got a good deal on two 4" VHO bulbs with a ballast to light the set up. I was thinking of adding an anemone in the future for my Clarkiis to host. I was wondering if I could support an anem with the two bulbs I have, I don't know the specific wattage I'm thinking over 100w each, The ballast says that I can add two more bulbs, I just have to figure out how. Am I ok as is, should I add two more bulbs, or should I just get a MH pendant for the anem?

your probably buying something like an Icecap 660 which will run 4 110w bulbs, yes you can keep an anemone under 4x110w VHO. I keep both a BTA and rock anemone under an icecap 660 with 4x110 w UVL bulbs

if the ballast is indeed an ice cap buying the parts for adding the other two bulbs is easy as well as getting instructions on how to do it. google "Icecapinc"
