started a year ago with a 5 gallon freshwater... it was truly awesome, but then 1 month later set up a 55 fowlr --> progressed to reef over a few months and now setting up a 180 reef... ahhh, the addiction... I just wish it was as cheap as FW.

Yeah, wouldn't it be nice to buy a saltwater fish for .99!!! But, then again, the ocean would be pretty bare if that was the case. I believe that the prices could possibly be lower, but with all the people out there that think that a fish is........well, just a fish.....Better that people think about about spending $40.00 for a fish before really knowing what to do with this fish, or how to keep it alive more than a week.
Everyone has to start somewhere, thank goodness for excellent fish that can overcome our mistakes. Builds your confidence and most importantly experience up to venture into the really expensive ones.
