Hey, In my 29gallon i have a penguin 330 is that enough water flow for some anemone and corals. If i need to get more powerheads how many do i neeD?

I think you will find you need more movement in the lower areas of the tank. A friend of mine with a 29 has two MJ 600's, one on each side, in addition to his power filter and CPR backpack skimmer.

anemones are very hard to care for and need intense lighting. What kind of lights do you have?

Ill say no thats not enough flow at all... You need to be able to turn those 29 gallons over roughly 20-25 times an hour for a reef tank.
And as already stated Anenomes need Metal Halide lighting or they wont make it... With corals you can use some less intense lighting, but it still needs to be strong lighting.
