How much do you feed 4 Chromis?

We got them yesterday, & I fed them 1 cube (total, not per fish) of frozen brine shirmp. They didn't care for the flake we feed for the shrimps in the tank...
But NOTHING made it to the bottom (from what I can tell)...and we have other scavengers that need to eat.
Do I feed more? I tried some mysis shrimp tonight (usually do that every other day for our clean up crew) but they had a hard time getting the bigger pieces...

I have 7 blue green Chromis they like to act really hungery but i only feed they as much as they can eat in 5mins, fish convert over 50% of what they eat to body flesh, very good compared to other life , they dont need as much food as we think. they like brine shrimp much better than mistis and they will get used to flake after a few days to a week or so.

I'd much rather feed frozen to flake.
Also, don't feed them Brine. Brine are a great snack, but are mostly tasty shells. Virtually no nutrition (unless the brine are harvested very quickly after hatching)
What size is your tank? Chromis can get big; and since they are damsels they are very active.

Our tank is 100gal. The brine I got were enriched with spirulina. What would you suggest instead of brine shrimp? The LFS told me brine...ugh...go figure :)

Mysis shrimp are much more nutritional. And you can also get other foods mixed pecifically for carnivores.
7 Chromis can definitely out grow a 100 gallon tank. I'm not sure they will though... my chromis don't seem to want to grow no matter how much I feed them. They are very healthy, very active, great coloration... just no size increase in 3 months.

Formula One and Prime Reef are good frozen foods. Youmight also try frozen mysis or even mixing your own frozen food.
