how much flow for a 210

Good morning ,
I was wondering how much flow would I need in a 210 gallon tank..It has two overflows i think about an inch, I plan on doing a reef tank. I want to add a sump an fuge to it . the tank came with a cpr wet dry ..how do I plumb it if i want to add a 30 gallon tank as a fuge. What pumps do you think would be best for the return an closed loop system. Any help will be great .. Also what do you think I should stock it with .. I would love some angels an colorful fish..

I have a 215 and I use a reeflo dart sequence pump. I am getting a turnover of 15x's and hour. Not sure what they reccomend.
