How much flow should you have on Acro's and other SPS?? As an example, I have a Blue Stag that was pretty browned out. I moved it into an area of much higher current and it has started to get it's blue back. Show SPS have heavy current on them??

Moderate to high flow yes; to get the polyps moving. You don't want to just aim a powerhead at them either. Try to get some randomness.

either bounce the powerhead's flow off the glass/liverock or let the flow of multiple powerheads crash into each other (or purchase vortechs or wavemakers). before I got two nano tunze I just used a single way oversized propeller style powerhead (sureflow modded maxijet). this created great random flow bouncing off everything including the wall clear on the other side of the tank, flow rushing back towards the powerhead being sucked in as well as being pushed foward. Works on small tanks with no sand anyway.
