That's a loaded question. SPS are not the only light intensive corals.
Clams and anemones also fit into that category.

anemones need some pretty strong lighting. with anemones i would say that you could have no less the t-5's. buy MH's would be your best bet with anemones.

I whean to a site right now and for this kind of lighting and this kind of liting and this is what it said,
SM130 130 Watts - Dual 65 watt Power Compact retrofit kit. Excellent lighting for saltwater community tanks, live rock tanks, and reef tanks with polyps, mushrooms, anemones and other low to medium light-requiring corals.
2 reflectors
each one
23'' x 3'' x 2.2''
$119.99
see i dont thing i need mh.
So im thinking im going to get a t5 or these. Can anyone tell me HOW MUCH wats i need??

anemones are NOT "low-medium light requierd". they need very intense lighting that PC just cannot give. many sights will tell you thing that you want to hear just so that you buy there product! same with LFS's. your best bet would be to go with t-5's or MH's with an anemone.

Anemones in a 20 gallon tank is a dangerous mix.
Coral, research them carefully. For one thing as I'm sure you know anemones have a deadly sting to fish. Research which one you want carefully as most will grow large enough to dominate a 20 gallon. In addition they can move around making placement of other corals impossible (anemones' stings can kill other corals).
Anemones also need great water conditions and well establish tanks.

Well im thinking of a small kind of anemone and i will put the anemone first then the corals beacaus i want the anemone to move around and find its favorit spot and stay there. And just get any reflector or a sertain kind of reflector?

it still brings up the issue that you need a well established tank to house one. and great water quailty is a MUST for them. a 20g is pretty hard to keep stable seeing as it is a small size tank. im not saying that it is impossible but iw will be a conciderable amount of work then a larger tank.
