how much live rock?

i have been planing my first tank. i picked a 58 gal tank and was wondering if 75 pounds of LR is a good amount?

IMO yes. 1 to 1 1/2 lbs per gallon is good.

I've never bought rock from them, only fish-but those have been excellent quality.
