How much money have you wasted?

Well..... trial and error is expensive and there are multitudes of suggestions of ways to fix nearly every problem I've had. Most fixes involve buying something else so I am pondering getting out of the hobby or buying all the equipment to "fix" the problems.

I havent wasted one penny. knowledge is priceless.
now if you want to ask how much money I have "lost" good god, thinking about it would make me sick. so i am just going to suffice and say i have a lot of spare crap that I wouldnt even sell to someone who didnt know better even if I hated them, and no one has ever had a 100% success rate, if they say they have they either havent been in the hobby long enough to kill something (empty tank) or they're lying.

On a good note i think i have gotten so many awsome deals that it all comes out in the wash.
