how much par?

Hi everyone... so I have an ecoray 60 watt fixture on my tank and have recently been worrying if my tank is getting too much light (44 g). My sps corals that are the highest in my tank are about 24 inches from my fixture.. and on their website they say it is 500+ par at 24 inches. I dont know anything about par. Is this too much or not enough? And the fixture is only about 4 inches from water surface.

Are you witnessing coral bleaching? My default answer would be to raise the fixture somehow unless it's dimmable if that's the case.

I have had corals for about a year but I just started with sps. The frag u see at the bottom is a month old and the one at the top is new. I dont know if the white around the edges should be so big. It might be the beginning of bleaching?
