My thoughts about 12-24 pounds depending on the size and density.
My other thoughts, don't put an anemone in a 12 gallon tank. I know its not what you want to hear, I just feel that with anemones that bad things can happen to fast in a small tank like that, and you have to get the proper lighting for it, in order for the anemone to have a chance for survival. But since its a BTA you stand a better than ave. chance if the lighting is right.
