how much sand?

Hey guys new hobbyist here,
How much southdown sand and live sand do I need for a 75 gallon tank if I am doing the 80% southdown and 20% live sand? Thanks for the future help. Chris

how many inches deep are you aiming for??? (4-6 is ideal)
do a search on calculator.
I'm guessing about 120#s SD

I guess about 4 inches deep would be good enough.

Length of tank x Width of tank x depth of sand x .0579= Lbs of sand
( I think thats right if not somebody correct me)
