how much should I feed my brittle

The other night I was holding a whole cube of food close to him so he could get some. Then he grabbed the whole cube and wrapped all his arms around it and ate the whole thing. He got really bloated for a couple days but now he is fine. Should I feed him like this?
Also my fish always eat really fast, I usally feed them 1 cube of brine shrimp a day.
Fish consist of
1 yellow tang 4 inches
1 hypo tang 1.5 inche
1 watchman goby 3.5 inches
1 coral beauty 3 inches
1 maderin goby 2.5 inches
is this enough food or should I be feeding them more?

You might want to find another thing to feed your fish and brittle because brine shrimp has no nutitional value.
