How much to feed?

I have a 55 gallon tank. 55-60ish LBS of LR. 50-60 LBS of LS. Has been set-up Since October.
Coral:
Red Shrooms
Watermellon Shrooms
Yellow polyps
1 electric green zoa
2 orange centered zoas
Inverts.:
1 Emerald Crab
2 Blue Legged Hermits
1 Anemone Crab - White
1 Cleaner Shrimp
I don't have any fish, if if I understand correctly I should be feeding the Anemone Crab Plankton? Is Frozen Reef Plankton a good choice? Is that the only food they eat?
Also will my shrimp eat this, or should I feed him sinking pellets? That's what I'm feeding now...if I continue to feed this about how much should I feed?

I sometimes hand feed my shrimp krill or silversides or drop in pellets.

Krill or Silver sides...I think I'll get a varity of foods. I'll be getting fish soon anyway

I bought the freeze dried krill and frozen silversides for anenomes but now give some to shrimp. Probably only big fish would eat these foods.

I forgot, my shrimp also like frozen prime reef and that is a food for smaller fish.
