How much to leave Pump, and Powerheads?

Mine run 24/7 except when I feed. I only turn the powerheads off then and back on after that.

I leave mine on to feed, it keeps the food from settling out too quickly.

I also leave mine on when feeding, only thing I turn off is my protien skimmer when feeding plankton so it doesnt skim it all out before my corals and clam get to eat it.

If you are spot feeding your corals turn everything off! I have mine set up to cycle back and forth, seems to make things happy !
