For better color, and less feeding you would want to go with higher lighting. Lower light levels will bleach it out and will tend to move around your tank alot, seeking higher light. May get stuck in powerheads or sting other corals. Mine is in 15 gallon tank with 65 watt pc, he stays put and has great color, he shares the tank with a flower, they don't bother each other and make great tank mates. I had reg. strip lighting when I first got him (it was a FOWLR) and he was constantly moving, white and ate like a pig. Got better lights and better results. Hope this helps.
