How often do you feed your reef?

I was just reading another post about high phosphate readings and I am a big believer that many times over feeding is the source. How often do you feed your FISH in your reef?

I feed my fish and my corals daily, usually in the evening so I can watch them eat. I feed my condylactis anemones every other day, they get pieces of cocktail shrimp. If the brittle stars come out at feeding time they get cocktail shrimp as well. no phosphate problems at all.

well i feed them 1-2 times a day.my shrooms get a dead guppies once every 1-2 weeks
