how often do you feed?

Since feeding is often a hot question, especially for people new to the hobby... how often do you feed your tank?

Grrr - this was going to be a poll, but the max # of options for a poll is 2, I didn't think it would be all that helpful. Now I've got this useless thread sitting here that I can't delete... If a mod gets to it before it gets any/many replies, feel free to delete it for me.
I feed 2-3 times per week.

I feed something every night. Flakes, pellets, frozen and/or a mixture.

I also feed seaweed and cyclop-eeze.

I feed one of the following once a day. Pellets, frozen mysis, frozen brine, cyclops. I also don't worry if I have to skip a day once in a while for some reason because I am convinced that while I am not grosly overfeeding I am probably feeding more than they need.
