How Often Should One Switch There Bulbs?

I'm wondering just that, how often should I be switching the light bulbs in my lighting system?
I have a 65g FOWLR tank, this tank is new for me but was up and running for about a year or so before it was gifted to me. The lights have never been switched, and was wondering of I should start saving?
I'm using a CoralLife system with an Actinic light and 10k florescent light.
Thx

for fish it doesnt matter. it is more for the visual effect for you. i have used old t12 bulbs for years and finally change them out when i realize that the water used to look a lot more blue.

from my understanding you dont have to change them, but will probabley notice a large differnce if you do and your fish will most likely be happy with you as well, not sure though, kinda wondering the same thing

for a fish only with no corals it doesn't matter much. It matters for corals, but as long a there is enough light for it to be pleasing to the eye you are fine.
