How often to change lights???

On my tanks with PC lights I try to change at the 9 month mark, with my halide I'll go 1 year and with my NO I'll go 1 year also.

Depends on how many hours a day you are running your bulbs. I would say they should be changed every 6-8 months.
I have 4*96 PCs (2 10,000K and 2 actinic) and I change the bulbs every 6 months, all 4 at once and have not had any problems with this schedule. I run my lights on the following schedule:
6:50 Actinics on
7:30 Whites and actinics on
10:30 Actinics off
2:00 Whites and actinics on
9:15 Whites off
9:45 Actinics off
I can usually tell when I am approaching the 6 month mark as I will start to get more algae growth.
