How To Calibrate: Please Help

I got this PH digital reader today in my mail from ----... Can someone please read the instructions and tell me how in the world to calibrate this thing?? I dont understand what to do at all... tho it maybe easy once I know how. Im gonna type out the instructions also incase you cant inlarge them
1.Immerse the electrode in ph
6.86(under the temperature of
phosphate, and gently shake the
electrode.
2. Regulate the trimmer with a
screwdriver until the buffer
solution value corresponding to
the measurement temperature is
obtained.
3.Immerse the electrode in
PH4.01 or PH9.18 the standard
buffer solution of borax.
4.After about 1 minute, until
the buffer solution value
corresponding to the
measeurement temperature is
obtained.

haha.....me too. Just got my ph meter from swf.com.. Mine says dip it in 4.0 ph solution. What is that?
then dip it into any buffer solution. Huh?

Borax is a cleaning solution..Its ph is 4.0..This is a way to tell your quage "hey..this is what 4.0 feels like go from here.."

off to the market for Borax now.

Good luck...Should be easy to find..Maybe google some other products to see what their PH is
