How to cycle a 180

What fish should I use to cycle my 180 gallon? Right now the tank has 10 pounds of lr and 200+ pounds of ls in it.

You mean I just put some dead shrimp in my tank and let them rot for a few days?

I cycled my 220 g with about 14 cocktail shrimp. It worked great!
