How to figure out turnover rate

I was wondering how would i figure out the turn over rate/total gph for my 55 gallon tank. I just wnat to make sure all my water current is perfect for my corals. And what would be the best rate for a 55gallon reef THanx

Total GPH rateing of all equipment causeing water movement in the tank divided by total gallons of tank
example....If you have a 250 gph powerhead in the tank and a 700 gph return pump then
250 + 700 = 950 / 55 = 17 X turnover rate.......a good rate for a 55g IMO for most corals....
