How to get anenome off the glass

I had my GBTA in my fuge with my clown, trying to get it to host....well no luck and I now need to move them to the display because I have chaeto arriving tomorrow that will go into the fuge. The anenome is stuck to the glass, and I don't know how to get it off without hurting it. Any ideas??

I had to move my very large carpet , and what I did was put on some surgical
gloves ( the skin tight ones ) and just worked my fingers in between him and the glass very very slowly and he came off. was'nt a very happy camper for a day or two but now it's fine.

I don't have an anemone but I have herd point a power head at them.

strong but flexible flat object like a credit card.
and some patience.
if you 'irritate' it, it will release.

point a powerhead at it . . . . it'll move.

try a rubber spatula, it's fairly soft so it's unlikely to damage the animal and it's pliable enough to let you wiggle it around.

Hold and ice cube on it's foot if the credit card isn't working good. If it's a glass tank sometimes even holding ice on the outside of the tank will loosen them up. IMO, pointing a powerhead will make it stick harder, unless the pw has more force than the waves that crash on them during the hurricanes that fail to loosen their grip.

Yes I head put Ice on the outside of the glass they will just get up and move.

Yeesh, ya are rough.

I had to move mine off of my clam. I just spent about 45 minutes rubbing/peeling it's foot. It will slowly release.

Don't cry!! I have removed as many as 200 from glass in any given workday for years with less than a 0.1% foot tear rate. All by credit card. I'd have to do about 6 per minute max.
