I have had him over 2 weeks. We gave him up for dead when he didn't come out for the first week at all. Then we started seeing piles of sand all over the tank. The last 3 mornings we found him in the corner of the back of the tank sleeping (why he chooses there instead of 1 of his many buttows, I have no idea :notsure: ) but when the lights come on he retreats to a burrow. But he is getting so thin. He comes out of hiding for maybe 15 mins aday, and in the whole 2 weeks he has only eaten 2 live brine shrimp that I know of, maybe he is eating some of the thousands of pods in our tank? I can't spot feed him because i don't know where he is during the day. I have tried every meaty food I have when he does come out, but all I have seen him eat is the 2 brine shrimp and that was 3 days ago. Other then being alittle thin, his color is good and he isn't being bothered by other tank mates, when he comes out of hiding everyone stays clear of him as if they are wonding where he came from all of a sudden
Water is great, all fish and corals are fine. Any ideas on what to do? Tank is 150 gal and have 3 inch sandbed that he has no problem making burrows in. Thanks.
