Hi everyone;
I bought Ultra Premium Fiji Live Rock 45-50lbs for my Six months established tank. I already have fish, corals and Live Rock.
What are the steps I have too follow to get the LR into the Tank?
Could someone explain to me.
Thanks in Advance.

I would cycle it in a tub using the change out water you take out of your tank... so powerhead, heater, and water.....give it about 2 weeks and check everything if its good then add it in small batches.. one or 2 small pieces at a time :)

+1 That's how I would do it. However I think I could add any or all of the rock, not just small pieces after it cycles.

There is no need to rush I would follow this widely excepted procedure for curing live rock unless the rock which you have is cured and you transported it to your tank in saltwater.
Place the live rock in a new 30-gallon plastic garbage can. Consider adding bottom drains to the container to speed draining and water changes.
Completely cover the rock with freshly mixed saltwater, with a specific gravity of 1.021 - 1.025.
Use a heater and keep the water temperature near 80 degrees to speed die off.
Provide constant water movement with a power head or airstone.
Keep the area dimly lit to prevent algae blooms.
Perform 100% water changes twice weekly.
Gently scrub the rock with a new nylon bristle brush or toothbrush between water changes to remove any white film or dead material.
When the water conditions stabilize and ammonia and nitrite tests are zero, the rock is ready to be placed into the display aquarium.

It has been one week and two days, since the rocks are in a brute container with a heim bump and water from my weekly changes, I took two rocks (medium size) one into the sump and another in the main tank.
Everything is going fine. Nothing strange. I bought the rocks at saltwaterfish.com

This is the second water change.
I have left 4 rocks; two big ones and two more medium size in the brute container.
