How to properly set up a "pair" of tomato clowns.

Hello everyone! I just bought two tomato clowns and I put them together in a breeding net. They have been there for two days. I just noticed that the larger one was trying to bite the little one and I did see that both of his fins are a little broken. So, will they get along eventually? or will the larger one continue to bully the smaller one around? Does anyone have a solution to this? or is it just pure luck and hopefully they will get along? If they keep like this, I will definatelly separate them but I really want this to work out if theres any possible way.
Anyone that can help, would be tremendously appreciated.

I would let them out of the net and into the aquarium you gotta give the little guy some room to run. They will get along over time and form a pair might not evr mate but they might.

Leaving them in the net is just stressing the heck out of them . Get them out of the net and let them roam free in the tank ASAP .

Ok, I should of explain a little better. The reason that I had them in the net was because I had another fish that I was trying to catch from my tank. I cought it and I released the "pair" into the tank.
