How to reduce file size...????????????

I want to use something as my avatar but the FILE size is too big, not the dimensions of the pic. How do I make the file smaller??

if you have windows xp you can download powertoys for windows, picture resizer.. its a great tool.. if not do you have a picture editing program ? you just make it 100 X 100 to use as avatar

No I know how to resize as I said, it is the FILE SIZE that I cant figure out how to change.

You post it as an attachment and ask somebody to resize it within the proper file size requirements, which I believe are 9.4 or something like that!! Go ahead, post your pic!

No offense, but it was a complaint. It did not need "life." I dont know what happened to it, but I think it got deleted and we dont need Vietboi on these boards! He hacked into my stuff!!
