How To Remove Condi?

How do I get my condi of a rock so that I can take him to my LFS? Tried everything I could think of but he won't budge.

What about taking the rock out of water...he might slide off then..don't know but when you find out let me know..I have to move mine to a different tank soon..he's getting too big.

Tried that. Wited forever but he never let go. Just made him get air bubles in his tenticals.

pull him off...Not rough though, just apply a little pressure for a couple minutes steadily and he should hop right off. If that doesn't work, try setting up a smaller rock right next to his foot and he might move onto it.

Are you shure that wouldn't hurt him? He is very stubern. He is also verry slimey. But I gess I can try that.

Try aiming a PH at him, or holding a baggie of ice water around his foot. He should let go. I wouldn't pull on him. That has never worked for me, and I got stung doing that.

What is a PH? I don't think I have one of those. I tried ice. Didn't work. What about a 9V battery?

PH is powerhead... point a power head right at him.. r... I just poke around at the foot of mine and slowly wedge my fingers under it and pull it off..

I don't have a power head that I can move. I tried poking his foot bet he just sat there.

He is one tuff little guy.

I had a Condi on a piece of LR and took teh whole thing in. My lfs gave me $35.00 worth of other livestock as trade.

I thought about that too but my mom likes the rock he is sitting on! Sigh...

i put mine in an icecream bucket rock and all and left them in there with a little water and they came off on there own. if you do decide to try and take it off your self dont rip the foot or it will die
