How to turn a wet/dry into a refugium

I currently have a wet/dry with bioballs. I am slowly removing them and I am wanting to create a refugium. Anyone have any good instructions on turning the wet/dry into a refuge?

can you turn a hang on wet/dry to a refugium or am i better off just getting a hang on refugium. I'm setting up a small tank in my room and space is limited as i live in a town house.

i turned my hangon into a fuge............just added some ls and lr........plus some macro........worked great till i got my 40 gallon fuge set up..............i suppose you could do the same thing with a bigger wet/dry too

yea im sure they could live through that, there so small and the blades are far enough apart to let them get through, or at least some of them, alive.
