Ok folks, got a courtjester/rainfodi goby and he doesnt seem intrested in what I have been feeding, although we are in the middle of day2 that might be why but I was wanting to give a rundown of tank inhabitants and get any suggestions on if im feeding what im supposed to. The goby likes sifting my sandbed and biting the rocks so I know hes hungry!
Feeding: New life spectrum small fish formula(clown loves it), frozen mysis shrimp, and when I got the goby LFS sold me cyclopeez (?) --they said it would be good for my star polyps as well. Is this accurate info? heres what in the tank
clown, shrimp, emerald crab, courtjester goby, small mushroom/star polyps, feather dusters

Your goby is going to sift through ur sand and spit it out it gets rid of things in ur sand thats normal.

Give the fish some time. He should adapt. Just make sure to provide the fish with a lot of variety.
However, do know that a majority of its diet is eating hair algae off of live rock.

You can try attaching small pieces of seaweed to rubble rock with a rubberband to make it look like the algae is growing on the rock.

Either one. I like Julian Sprunng's Sea Veggies seaweed because it is really high in vitamins. My fish noticed the difference in well when I stopped using nori and began using that stuff.
