I have 2 aquariums
72 bow
1-butterfly
1-sailfin (still small)
1-firefish
5-chromis
1-SF eel
would like to add:
1-purple dottyback
1-mandarin
40 hex
2-percs
1-anemone
1-royal gramma
1-sixline
does it seem ok for bio-load?
thanx:thinking:

how long has that tank been running? how much live rock do you have? what kind of filtration are you using? what are you water levels like now? that mandarin needs lots of established live rock to survive. also, not so sure you want to keep your snowflake.... i'm surprised he hasn't ate that firefish yet....

the snowflake wont eat fish till he gets his teeth in, when he gets older. but then you give him guppies or minnows.
i just got mine and its awsome.

The SFE should not bother any of your fish. They do however like inverts.
As far as the stocking level for a 72 IMO it's a little overcrowded. I would leave it as is, and keep in mind that the sailfin will outgrow the tank. I think if you removed the SFE, and sailfin, then you could consider adding a couple of smaller fish. Keep in mind that mandarins do require lots of LR, and a well established pod population.
The 40 gallon I would consider as complete. Sounds like a good mix of fish, and I would leave it at that.
