Good luck with the trap. I think bristle worms are gross. I know I have some but they are small so I don't worry about it. If I ever find any that are that big, in goes the trap.
You know that is a good point, I looked at the picture again compared to the snail in the picture and that is probably as close to the "giant squid" bristle worm as I have seen. Those babies might cause some damage to something.
