humu humu and cat shark

any ideas out there on the compatability of a humu humu trigger and a marble cat shark? input would be greatly appreciated. :notsure:

Triggers and sharks will not get along because triggers will be too agggressive for a shark. Generally, there aren't really any large angels, puffers, triggers, or wrasses that do well with sharks and sting rays.

Compatible with what? What do you want to center your tank around? The shark or the trigger?
What size tank is this for?

It looks good, when feeding the grouper feed it fist, as it will take krill or silversides, and return to it's "home" and eat and come back out when it is done. This will help you get the food down tothe shark. Are the inverts in the sump or main tank? It is best to keep what every you can of the bottom of the tank so the shark haas a stress free swim. IMO

their in the bottom of the tank, well atleast the oyster and conch should be, although im wondering will the horseshoe crab be food for any of the fish? and if so are they a reliable one?

The horse shoe crab is not a good choice in any aquarium. These guys have a very poor survival rate. Just my .02 worth.

Totally agree
I would leave those off the list. They don't last very long, unfortunately.

fish you want to avoid with sharks and rays are bottom dwellers such as dwarf lions sharks and rays both are bottom feeders and could be stung easily by them.rays have a tendancy to float down on top of their pray to catch them.i would go with vol or simular type of lion.fish i keep with my shark (white spotted bamboo)
