A tank that size would have to be custom made, and whatever it sits on would have to be designed by a structural engineer. A 10,000 gallon tank filled with seawater would weigh in at over 40 tons. Even the concrete slab a home sits on wouldn't be able to safely hold that much weight.
You might be better off with something a tad smaller...maybe only 3,000 gallons or so..

After 500 gallons, they are all the same.......under stocked! plus I dont want a tank that I might slip and fall and drown in.

Actually, I got my 200 gallon acrylic tank made by these guys and I have to say they are pretty reasonably priced and did a great job with my tank...The only problem was they took a few weeks longer than projected.

I stopped by their shop today to look around. They have a show room but it is more like my garage. Definitely a get the job done than a "look pretty place". They had several tanks with some nice stands as well as some standard glass tanks also. They had a good assortment of fish as well as live and base rock. Also had equipment to do the tank up. They had some of their fake coral inserts but I guess they are made "out of house" in CA for them. They were pricey. Not sure on the equipment but the larger tanks seemed to be priced pretty nice and they had several glass tanks with stand and hood at a good price as well. I did not see inside their work shop but it appeared to be pretty large.
