Hungry fish

I was wondering if I am feeding my fish enough? They seem to always be hungry. I have a 6 line wrasse, false clown, coral b, yellow boxfish. I feed them everyday sometime once sometimes twice. Maybe a pinch of flake. Then I will give them about a half a cube of frozen angel formula. The other days I might give them maybe a pinch of pellets then I will shave a little off 4 kinds of frozen cubes (multi pack). Maybe = 1/4 cube. These cubes are larger than the angel cubes. I know I don't want to overfeed, but want to make sure fish are healthy. What do you think? Is this good? More, Less?
Thanks for the help, Jeff

I have 3 tangs, two clown fish, and 2 damsels (sorry if I spelled that wrong) this is just my opinon but think that you may be over feeding. I feed my fish every other day, and 2 strips of dried seaweed daily. I only feed them 1 cube of frozen shrimp mix. I could be under feeding but I have been doing that for over a year now and I have not had anything die nor problems with water levels or any other strange things happen..

I do what my LFS does (they are VERY reputable). They feed small feedings 3 times a day. I have healthy, but plump fish! I make sure to net out anything that does not get eaten. Seems like everyone does something different.
