Will my red legged hermit crabs bother my Brand spankin new peppermint shrimp lol thanks in advance

Alright new question.
I woke up today and found one of my crabs out of his shell just laying there... And right next to him is my pepperment shrimp which is laying on its side practically see through... Uhhh what happened

they are probably molting,-aka shedding their body so what you see is probably their old bodies

Does the antenna shred and everything???? cause it looks 100% the same
Is molting a good or bad thing?

if you are really curious just take it out of your tank and if its hollow then its a molt, if its not hollow, then they be dead. myu crab molts alot and i swear i have seen them move and look just like him but they arent and a few days later he is back in his shell
