Hurricane Mrs. Frances update

alright. where to begin.. im happy the hurricane came to a category 2. but my house didnt have power for about 2 days. thank god my tank survived. the second night my maroon clown was on its side on the top of water gasping for air, when i did have an air pump. he also tried jumping out. ofcourse i was an emotional reck thinking my only fish that survived more than 3 weeks is going to die becuase of this hurricane. but thank god i woke up to lights on! the power came back on and my dad turned on the filter, but was odd i didnt have to do a water change... everyone was telling me that i need to do like 1g every hour. but in all everything survived! what a day

I live not too far away either, and my power went out for 1 day.... I ran a generator, so i didnt have any problems.. atleast not with the tank. :thinking:
Now there is hurricane Ivan coming.. but it looks like its going to hit south of us.. HOPEFULLY!

just got power back today. 4 days are neigbors had the juice so they let us run a extention cord. so inbetween the fridge and the fish we all made it fine. had to 1 night in a hotel cause it was too HOT
