Hydor Koralia 1 Keeps Quitting

Hi All,
Awhile back I setup a 30G Salt Water Aquarium thanks to everyone's help here on the forums. Everything has been going great except for one little thing.
I keep having issues with my powerheads. I purchased a Hydor Koralia 1 to circulate the water in my tank. I noticed that it started randomly turning off. Eventually I couldn't get it to turn back on and sent it off to Hydor to get it fixed. I purchased another in the meantime to circulate the water and now it is on the fritz.
I am on my second unit and I don't think that they should be operating this way. They're usually regarded as a great powerhead so I'm not sure what the deal is. I'm beginning to wonder if it's something in my tank that's killing these. I do have a lot of algae around the tank.
Any thoughts? Why do I keep going through these things?

I think I'll send them another email. I read a message board somewhere where someone said there was an automatic turnoff if they overheated. But I wouldn't think they'd overheat from just leaving them on all the time.
