I e-mailed Hydor Wednesday morning, 12/12 asking them to send me some replacement/spare parts for my three (3) Koralia powerheads:
1) stainless steel impeller shafts to replace the plastic OEM impeller shafts
2) replacement spacers for underneath the impelller
3) flow shrouds/casings that are now standard on the Koralias
Received a response e-mail within a few hours that day and the parts arrived for all three powerheads today - NO CHARGE.
Excellent customer service and excellent Koralia powerheads as well.
