hypo for two weeks and getting worse

ive had my coral beauty in hypo for two weeks now and he looks horible can anyone give me a detailed walk through on doing a freshwater dip for him i really dont want to loose him

A freshwater dip is only a temporary sollution to Ich and often stresses the fish more than having Ich.
Please give detailed info about your setup, that you're running hypo in.
Size tank, what is the SG, what type of filtration, etc.

its only a ten gallon with a aquaclear filter readings are all good for hypo 0,0,0, 1.009/.008 hard to keep exact and temp at 80f. Dont really want to do a dip or copper but fish is looking very bad and am resorting to this as a last resort.
i also have been feeding garlic and used kick ick and its not doing anything
