Ok so my tank is now in hypo when will the white spots fall off or leave the fish days, weeks or should of happened imediately.

Hypo has no effect on the parasite while they are attached to the fish. The natural life cycle of the parasite will result in them falling off the fish within a few days, or a week or so. After that point, the parasite will become vulnerable to hypo conditions. Using a precise salinity measurement instrument is essential.
Keep the fish in hypo for at least 3 wks after you no longer see the parasites on the fish.
