Hey monk,
Hypo will kill your inverts, and anything other than the bacteria in your LS and LR. Do you have a QT that you'll be doing the hypo in? Ideally, you should move all fish into your QT and begin the hypo treatment. In the meantime, you'll leave your inverts, sand and rock in your main tank and not change anything in that tank at all. The ick on your fish will be killed during the hypo, and the ick that is still in your mian tank will die out because they won't have a host (fish) to live on.
If you don't have a QT and you plan on doing a hypo in your main tank, you'll need to remove your inverts, rock and sand and move them into a watertight container where they will need to live until your hypo is done.

Do you have a refractometer? Have water mixed and ready at the exact ph and SG that your QT tank is at. You will be doing many water changes. Ask us anything that you would like, we can walk you through this.
