hyposalinty is done.. can i use the same live rock & inverts?

i took five days to get to 1.10
stayed 3 weeks (5 days left)
and i gotta look up how long to bring it back up to 1.2ish
but my main tank is cycling at normal levels
my main concern is if i can use the live rock, and when... the fish will be in the q tank for as a long as it takes. Id like to get the rock in first so i can get teh tank to stabalize first.

You should be keeping the SG. at 1.009 not 1.10. You need a refractometer to do this properly and need to keep top-offs religiously to insure it does'nt climb above this. You need to take at least a week to bring the SG. back up. The rocks and inverts should stay out for at least 6 weeks..but as I said..your SG. is not low enough at 1.10.
